How do you do a reverse picture look up?

In Chrome, you can right click the image and select 'search google for image'. If it comes up with anything but your lady's ads (instagram, porn sites, etc), it's probably fake. Also, if nothing comes up, be a little extra careful.

But if someone really wanted to track you down and had the means (money, intelligence) they would be able to link that burner app phone number back to you.
