First bravo to you for a provider trying to cause an accident. Tampa PD has been on the prowl for street low end crimes aka prostitution hoping to leads to higher end stuff. I do agree it is much slower out there am out almost everyday between 3:30 and 6:00 am 90% of the time I find someone every day you treat them right they can be found Badal.
