There are a LOT of different ways to have sessions with many starlets and it's relatively easy to do so in LA since they are here a lot for shoots. The easiest is thru an agency like TLC but you will have to pay a premium to do so for at least the initial meeting. Other ways is by showing them you're an avid fan on their social media.
