Just to add to Shooter's comments, and maybe some nuance.

IMO, the lower priced end of the market, GFE is a crap shoot, regardless of the claims. For some ladies that means BBFS, for some it's just a line in an ad to suck you in. Just like the one and done ladies, or you're done when you bust your cap. At the higher priced end of the spectrum (I'll say $$. 5 and above), I think GFE becomes more meaningful. As with many things, you tend to get what you pay for, though not always. Personally, I would never expect anything approaching a real GFE from a lady that advertises quarter, or even half, hour sessions. And would you even want a GFE in a 15 or 30 minute session? I think the answer partially depends on what price range you're comfortable with. I tend to hunt in the $$ pond to improve my average experience in that regard.
