Was riding down the trail last night any noticed it seemed a lot brighter going south passing 39th had been out of town The past week but didn't notice them before I left. Wonder if it's a crime deterrent because that seems to be the only area they are in. Anybody else notice?

I think the person who was texting her boyfriend's number messed it up for all of us. She even deleted her Facebook she gave me to contact her.
