The citations were probably for loitering. Los Angeles has the "Loitering with Intent to Solicit Prostitution" bullshit and I believe Las Vegas has it, too. Basically, if a cop "thinks" that you're thinking about engaging in prostitution, then that is now a crime. If you're a girl walking up and down the same street dressed like you work for Huggy Bear, it's kind of obvious. But, for you guys who hang out at Starbucks or Burger King, they will reel you in as well with this bullshit law. I was in Vegas a few weeks ago. I asked about where to stay and I ended up at the Orleans. Rooms are surprisingly nice. Unfortunately LEO was parked at Home Depot and Starbucks and no one was out. I moved to the strip and drove back during the week around 6-8 pm. Allot of options, drove past 1 WSW and turned around but by the time swung back, she was gone. I stopped and at at BK and the action was at Starbucks. Drive around Trop and back to Starbucks. The action had moved to BK. I was always on the wrong side LOL. Went back the next day and ate in the parking lot of BK and this time chose right. Several walked by and I ended up talking to Daisy. Short BSW, massive tits, spinner. Just a joy to be with. Took her to the strip, had some fun and dropped her off back at BK. $ was asked initially and ended up at $$ and it was well worth it. She was a gf / pornstar experience.
