I like to keep things simple and easy. So all you have to do is simply go to a MetroPCS store. Use a fake name like. Robert Williams. They will not ask you for identification you can buy a nice smartphone for $30 and $50 per month (plan) to get you unlimited calls and text and internet. So total damage is probably around a hundred bucks or cheaper. This is what I do. But I'm sure you'll get reports from other guys with more complicated methods which I avoid.
