I don't have any personal experience, but I went and checked her website and she has two separate listings for prices, one has the "hourly donations" and another page has rates listed for specific services, so to me it looks like her hourly donation is just to get in the door, and then everything else is an upcharge. (and I mean everything she listed $100 just for HJ) I did try to contact her through her site to get some clarification and asked if the hourly donation included everything or if the services page she had listed services there would be an upcharge for and never got a response.
