I don't have any information about this particular provider, but I'm pretty sure the way the Monkey site works (much like TER) is that you get a couple weeks of free VIP membership for writing a review. Of course there's no way for whoever runs the site to verify if the reviews are real or not. Plenty of guys will just write fake reviews for the free premium membership.
