It's been open for awhile, and the fact that there's very little intel about the place means that either it sucks or that no one goes there. Either way not a good omen. The fact that it's a Synn franchise in BH is intriguing. I can't imagine getting away with Synn type behavior in BH without the place getting shut down.

I think it is likely a "Synn Club" in name only and not SC culture. Like other clubs on the westside you need to be either insane or approaching earning your first Billion to afford extras if you can find them at all. Some of the westside clubs put out more than hardcore stripclub addicts expect, but at prices that make it more economically sensible to rent a high tier escort for an hour, or hop a flight to Thailand. Most patrons go just to enjoy the eye candy and minimal to moderate contact. Also lots of tourists and business travelers on expense accounts. But I've read and heard reports that if you have no problem putting out crazy cash for a few minutes of pleasure that it is there to be found, if not universal.

Was in Los Angeles that day on a Monday night. I checked out the king Henries strip club in Gardenea. They used to have a few bars down the street. They closed down.

I have been in similar situations before so here is my 2 cents.

Should you be worried? Yes but worried enough for PeP? No.

Watch out for any symptoms that happen in the 2 to 7 days mark. Get to the doctor immediately if you get any kind of symptoms. Most are curable, obviously not HSV. Would get on that medication ASAP if you see any itching or tingling.

My previous observation was met with a big *yawn*. But I passed by recently.

The roll-off dumpsters are gone. It seems all of the major demo is done.

Whereas before there were two separate doors (one for entry, the other for exit) facing the street, the new configuration is a single passageway for entry/exit (the original "entrance" has been sealed). The front is awaiting a new facade.

I looked on the city's website for building permits and such, and found nothing. From a project management perspective, it's interesting that the remodel is taking so long.

Admittedly, towards the end, most of the dancers were not very good. But there were two ladies who worked day shift that I found appealing. Yes, they were in their 40's--but they had figures that were better than a lot of girls half their age. I wonder if they're working someplace else, or left the business.

I was driving along Norwalk Blvd, and passed by "The Holiday". The place has been closed for months, with only ABC change of ownership notification posted on the front door. But today, I saw a 30 yd roll off trash dumpster in front. It was full of debris. There was a crew inside, and it looks like they were doing a full demo in preparation for a reconfiguration of the floor plan. The front facade of the building had been removed completely, in preparation for a new surface.

Reminder: the longtime owner wanted to retire, and sold the club to a long time employee some time ago--but retained ownership of the land and building. In late 2018, a company (that owns several strip clubs) purchased the real estate. The owner of the club sold to this same firm, perhaps fearing the new landlords could push them out. It looks like the new club owners are putting up a lot of money into this project.
