I've been using providers for over seven years now. Here are my comments.

I for one write detailed unbiased honest reports, both good and bad. Given that I have been burned on occasion by trusting a positive review and the actual experience doesn't match up. That's even more reason to write a review then isn't it? You just have to know what mongers have a track record of honest reviews, and that can take some time.
