Saw article today titled "holiday tipping guide 2019" (google the title, you'll find the article on yahoo if you want to read it).

Emily Post says "cash is the best gift" -- and for a massage therapist, the best gift is the equivalent given to the house for your session (given as a gift, not tip to your favorite Massage Technicians / ATFs).

Emily Post does not make mention of MMS, but a tip (or gift) to MMS can be a doorway to a better future massage experience based on my observations.

Always be nice to the ladies. And, in my opinion, especially to the ladies you see on a regular basis (or you consider ATFs).

Check out Magic Spa and Majestic Spa in Spring MD. Expensive if you do not bargain and show them you have been around the blocks a few times.

Majestic Spa is definitely worth the drive. I never leave disappointed. I heard about it on this site.

I was visiting your area recently, and I did my research in this thread and a couple of other sites. I had a list of three locations and picked Bamboo because it was like a mile from my hotel and while no table shower, I felt like it would hit the spots I wanted.
