Growing up in a family with an overbearing father wasn't easy, and Sigi, even as a young girl had to figure things out pretty quick if any semblance of harmony was to be hoped. To cope, and to gain acceptance, Sigi adopted and played the role of a Pleaser with sapidity to spare. A precocious golden-headed little princess as what she was known to all family and friends. And along the way, Sigi became quite a proficient pianist in her own right and a real penchant for the works of Wilhelm Vagner.
