Depends on your references or how much info you're willing to disclose. It's pretty unlikely for any Booker to BL you for just asking to be verified. My advice is to keep simple and provide all info in one text. Ask to be screened and provide the standard name, age, ethnicity, and two references. This is concise, to the point, and most importantly shows that you are familiar with the process. It might boil down to personal info if your reference isn't acceptable.

I second that! Since I and most mongers here were admitted years ago with established bookers, I remember a year ago one of my ATF was booked by another booker and she asked for reference. I remember sending the usual info along with 4 numbers and a note saying something along the lines of "take your time verifying, I am not in a hurry. " Well, I got a response in 3 minutes asking me what time I would like to book.
