I ran into SWer Legend, Lori, last night. She was a pleasant surprise. I haven't visited Lori in years, and I forgot what a fun person she is. She's definitely a "pros pro". Service on point of course, as many of you know, but I forgot that when she's lucid; she's a great conversationalist.
