You are correct in the "No talk of money for sex = no crime" part. But, much like what happened to you, that person is still getting arrested. While I'm sure a lot of people would only be concerned about avoiding the conviction, a lot of other folks would be concerned about the mere fact that they got arrested. Once you had any conversation with that UC acting as a SW, you were getting arrested. Once arrested, that person is going to jail. Then potentially posting bond, hiring an attorney and making a court appearance or two. Yes, the charges got dismissed, but still a major hassle, especially if the person has an SO or a professional occupation or whatever else to be concerned with. Bottom line, there are inherent risks in this hobby and everyone should act accordingly. Play safe!

I was in the area and looking for a quick get together. Everything was pretty normal, text for location, text when I got there. Your typical time waster. Made an appointment with her on the day before. Comms were good through text with quick replies, she even sent a picture without me requesting.
