In general if the pictures look professional and the area code isn't from Washington or Oregon then be skeptical. If the pictures are of a hot woman and the area code is not from the PNW then it's almost certainly fake. Do a reverse image search on google. And google the number.

Or just text and laugh if they ask for money online before meeting.
