Yes they do, am friends with one who I actually introduced into the hobby. She's in her 20's and prefers the company of "mature" women. I don't ever really get into discussions here but from a providers stand point. Yikes.

If she were willing to waive this "rule" for Sr Members, verified gents, those with references. Eh, okay cool. But the whole email seems off even without the deposit.
