If you check their websites (or even google maps) the hours are listed. I've had great success with showing up when the places open. Usually 9:00 am I'm usually the only one there and you get to meet all the 'therapists' and have a choice of which one you prefer.

Yes, it can be transmitted through BBBJ. I'd prefer my BJs raw. Sometimes it's just not worth it.
