Posts: 1136I believe it is the same woman. She had an apartment near Mayfair also. It's been a long time since I've seen her. As you can see she is an older lady. Last I knew she was $.4 for a pretty good 45-50 minute massage with standard finish.

IIRC this is the person who had an apartment near 69th and the freeway in West Allis neat that Walmart grocery store. She probably went by a different name but I if I find the old reports I'll post some details from them.

If it's the same person she had good massage skills reported. Don't park near her place, I think someone mentioned they got towed or parked in.

Link is broken, include more details in your post or repost the photos from the ad. Some advertisers change their name more often than I change my boxers.

Pretty incorrect analysis. The law you referenced went into effect in 2009 (it was not just signed into law by Evers). That law required anyone advertising as a massage therapist or a masseuse, etc. , to be licensed by the State of WI. However, local law enforcement and municipalities had to go to the state licensing board to shut down massage operators for violating the 2009 law. The new law gives the power to municipalities to enforce the laws on their own. They no longer need to go to the state agency to shut down the operators. So, no this was not a 10 year old law just signed into law by Evers. The 2009 law was already on the books (it wouldn't show up in the statute books if it wasn't law). The new law was co-sponsored by two Republican legislators and received (no shocker here) be-partisan support and was passed into law and signed by Evers.

Posts: 1583New Law, just signed by the governor.
The new law gives the police more Authority over arresting unlicensed masseuses.

Posts: 85Yup sure enough, the date on it is 2009. It's EEEEEEEEEvers trying to show he's tough. This is what happens when you elect a guy like that who knows nothing. They do shit like this to make themselves look tough. Now it's going to be tough sledding.

Posts: 70I had the opportunity to check it out last week. The only girl there at 5 pm was someone I had seen at Sakura Spa (E. Capital). The massage is straight up and she refused several polite cues. She provides a pretty decent massage, but that's all there is to it.

Posts: 92That law was passed probably 10 years ago. I lost every one of my fun masseuses when it passed. Since then, any massage place can be shut down if they do not have a valid WI massage license. http://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/460.

There is some chatter in the Racine Forum about a new law in Wisconsin. All Masseuses must be licensed or LEO can come in and shut them down? Anyone know anything about that?

Just seen this place opened up where Orchid Massage use to be on and Port Wash, anyone checked it out? Planning on seeing how it is in a couple weeks.
