My recommendation, don't waste your time and money here until they learn to treat customers right.

Just because they don't do bareback cowboy buckaroo hoodeedoo with a little greek and S&M thrown in for style points doesn't mean they don't treat the customers right. They have seen what happens to places where anything goes and they don't want that to happen to them. That's just smart business and survival acumen.
