Yep, Sunday night 2 Hispanic plainsclothes males in a Mazda 6 pulled up and got out of the car in the middle of the street, cars couldn't really go around, they approached a broad on the corner who took one of them upstairs while the other one moved the vehicle.

Well, I went there before. They wanted 40 + 160 for FS. I said no, because I thought it was too much 200 for FS and I think the girl was okay for 80 or 100 so 120-140. I don't like negotiating though. It has a table shower correct? I didn't get one though.

But, the trick is that when you contact a massage parlor, usually the girl (masseuse) you will meet is not the parlor's mamasan who answers the phone and makes the meeting arrangement, so the girl might have no idea that you are even coming for BBFS, especially if you are coming for the first time. So, even though the mamasan told you that BBFS is offered, it is not guaranteed that you will actually get it because the masseuse may refuse or may even be surprised by your BB request because the mamasan didn't tell her anything about BBFS. Notice that, these massage parlors can put BBFS, BBJ, CIM, but it is just for advertisement purpose to attract clients, and if you get there, they can turn you down by telling you anything, such that the girl for BBFS is not available today. Like said, if the girl does not know you, she might think that you are LE officer. However, I think, after seeing a masseuse for a couple of times at a massage parlor, and if she also feels comfortable with you, she may eventually oblige for BBFS.
