Just FYI. I personally always try to find a Mexican place with the private high booths, or Ted's Montana grill has nice booths, doing intel on this is worthwhile.

By this you will probably do a couple of meet & greets plus a couple of NSA dates where you have sex. It was kinda of embarrassing at a thai place I went to Savannah as I kept bringing 20 to 30 year olds in for lunch, so much the waiter recognized me & he had to know what was up. Once I find a girl who fits what I am looking or I will typically stay with them for about 6 months before I tire of them or they move on.

Things I look for after a couple of dates.
