Yup. That means you probably left a comment or a review that someone didn't like and they reported you and got your account cancelled.

The only way to fix it is getting a new account and starting over. Has happened to me a couple of times.

Yes, I started having this issue also. I have a link on my favorites that still works to get me to the providers with reviews, but if I try to go to any of the other areas of the website using the the tab that pops out on the right side of the page, it sends me straight to Eros. WTF!
