I saw a few post on SA but they never replied to me. Not sure if you can make it happen but give it a try. There was a great pool of UNH college girls that use to post before Covid but most are all gone now because classes are online. Maybe some of these (cheap) owners will adjust the temperature if we make it a little more public how damn cold their place is. Blowing a hot air fan on you once you enter a sub-60 degree room is not going to warm it when it's sub-freezing outside.

Both of the places I listed, I consciously avoid from October to April. List the places you also avoid for the same reasons.

I would add the Old Dover to that list unless you call with enough notice, if you call anything less then 45 min before you'll freeze your nuts off, they are very good about putting the heater on as soon as they know they have an apt.
