Posts: 12Recoup my loss or not?
If a UTR of several years takes advantages of you, (Benz has warned didn't listen) took money in advance and then ghosted you, would you sell some hot photos of this person? There always a posting on craigslist looking to buy! Curious of the group's response.

Keep in mind that some of these prescriptions are filled in India and after you get them you will get robocall after robocall asking to refill.
Plus you may wait a few weeks to get the prescription.
My Dr. Wrote me a prescription for 30 each of the Viagara generic Sildenafil 100 mg. She said I could split them and take them a hour before activity. Normal dose is 50 mg. She gave me a Goodrx coupon and it was $28.50 with 3 refills.
I have used generic Ciialis as well. I like the Cialis because it last longer and when on a weekend with so I only need one as opposed to 2-3 Viagra.
I know that some do not want to get their medical Dr involved but I have no problem with that at all. Having them know what I am taking is never a bad thing and I can call them anytime I want to refill. I run to the Meijer drive through Very simple and easy.
Have fun and be safe.

Posts: 262Healthcare costs & out-of-country drugs
I and family members have lived in other countries and so I have some knowledge of their healthcare systems. In the UK, healthcare is primarily public and in Canada, entirely. This is the case in much of the Commonwealth too, quaintly referred to as "the colonies". Prices are managed by the govt -- standardized. Not so here, hence wildly fluctuating prices. This also impacts drug prices. The US is seen as a golden opportunity for profit by int'l pharma because of the open market. Also, legislation is more restrictive for generics here which helps keep prices ascending. When the FTA and then NAFTA were agreed to, one of the requirements for Canada, for instance, was to change its laws regarding generic drugs. Patent rights were extended for big pharma. As for the quality of drugs from outside the US, it depends on the country. If it is a developed country, their standards could well exceed those here. I know we think that the FDA is somehow the gold standard. That may be wishful thinking in some instances.

Posts: 90It's the result of 50 years of Medicare / Medicaid policies
I just finished writing a paper on this very topic. This is being addressed, but it's going to be a few years before things start to move in a direction that is more equitable for everyone. Righting 50 years of well intentioned health policy will not happen overnight. Just be careful of buying from copycats overseas, many of these drugs are made in less than sanitary conditions under low quality control environments, so contaminants are common and the dosages are not always consistent from batch to batch (and sometimes even from pill to pill! However, governments overseas do negotiate better prices from Big Pharma, so if you get pills in the manufacturer packaging for Viagra, Cialis or any of the others, they should be safe and the real deal. At a real deal!

Posts: 33This is what I use. It really comes out to those prices. Even a urgent Care type clinic will give you a script usually but once you have the prescription, the good rx ap works.

I continue to have good experience buying generics via imports. Just got 100 Viagra for $70. Generic Cialis is available for about the same price. Takes a couple of weeks to get delivery but you can track the shipment's progress and it has never been late.

Posts: 388It's like that for everything. Diagnostic tests, physician visits, hospital charges etc. A recent ER visit would have cost me over 3000 bucks but after my insurance discount the amount that was actually paid to them was.
Less than half of that.

Last week I went to Rite Aid to get the cost of generic Viagra, sildenafil. Was told cash price for 20 tablets of 100 mg was $900, branded Viagra was $1800. Looked online at my Rx insurance website, saw unbelievable low prices so I had my Dr send over a script to Rite Aid. Got 6 tablets of sildenafil 100 mg for $2. 76. Mindwobbling. Must be the prices the insurance companies negotiate may be based on buying power but this difference is unjust for those without Rx coverage.

Posts: 280I've noticed several providers with online dating profiles (both current and former) just screwing around with the much needed casual lays on POF / Tinder. I'm glad I always keep my settings on private now, because I have actually seen some of them plenty of times as a client. Almost learned the hard way when one tried to start a serious relationship LOL.

So I am on a dating app or two actually trying to find a legit relationship. I got a email the other day from one of our previous providers Vanessa. I had a good laugh and deleted the email. I wasn't about to say hey I know you.
