That's incredibly dangerous and stupid if an agency requires no form of verification. Not only does it jeopardize the safety and security of the girls but also that of the clients.

It would be a glaring red flag to me if I encountered an agency that gave me the OK and just waved me through without bothering to check at least something.

You're lucky that she responded since she is typically not newbie friendly. Do your research here and get acclimated to the lesser tier agencies and try again when you have a few references to provide and that will vouch for you.
