I had my first experience with Nicole today. A couple of observations, as others have noted, she has gained 25 or so pounds compared to most of the pictures associated with her advertisement. I can tell you two things: I've dealt with her before (not in this capacity) I found her to be a lovely, charming young woman- who I would love to spend time with. She looked clean and presented herself well.
