We need to coach and train them (that's why I wrote the 12 step program for TOFTT). There is a lot of useful info getting posted everyday, for lurkers and all members too.

One thing that most haven't learned including many seniors is the TGTBT rule. The ask from newbies is often similar to senior mongers.
