Shit, the very best time is to get out there on the loop between 4 and 7 AM. Often the girls who are just getting into heroin or other substances, that currently hold down normal office jobs, but need that extra buck and fix before hitting work, are the ones out there. Had some free time today so I decided to head over to Dundalk. I've had some good luck their recently and today didn't disappoint. When I got there, there weren't many girls around. Evenings for garrison. Late night in BP and cb like 4 or 5 in the morning. Evenings and afternoons for mp and ww. Thats my 2 cents. Good luck.
