Trust me, you will make and KEEP a lot more money if you did this. I know you can be much smarter than you are being and think of this from a business perspective. Hope your successful in whatever direction you take.

I had the best luck and the greatest time. I now have had the opportunity to experience both MMS at New Day and MMS at Massage Connection and as far as the challenge goes Kiko beats yuki with ease. Kiko is much better looking and better looking natural, Yuki doesn't look bad but this takes a lot of paint and faux products to pull off what Kiko does so naturally. I am sure it is no secret, I have been very critical of Yuki and her many many years of service. Recently I mentioned her management skills and training the girls. I think she does a great job training the girls on how to provide good service. I now see she is involved with yet another Spa on Colonial. The biggest issue with any business is rapid growth without preparation. The service is getting worse and worse, customers are being rushed out the door like an assembly line, and before anyone says "I received good service that wasn't rushed" obviously the time of day will dictate wait time and level of service. Yuki has opened another Spa and using KMS and ND girls to work, The two spa's that are under staffed now have less girls and more customers. I thought Asians were supposed to be good at math, this is simple mathematics. I am sure any 10 year old could see the volume of customers over the last few months, find the trends, forecast the future and develop a simple business plan to help facilitate a strong business. Opening another spa with no preparation is nothing more than poor management and greed. I see Kiko and think she is doing this smart, she is building her business and creating a strong foundation before moving forward. I have always said I think she should be more like Kiko and operate this business but she will spread these girls so thin the service will suffer and businesses like MC will benefit from Yukis poor management decisions. I hope she is able to strengthen her work force and stop this domino effect before it is too late. ND spa is huge and from what I see has a huge volume of customers as well as KMS, concentrate your resources here and she will be successful with less headaches. My spa had a market less than Orlando and we averaged 55 guests a day and always kept 7 girls on site rotating each customer. I imagine her spas do more volume and rarely have more than 4 girls working. I hope she does well, I like a few of the girls in her spa and I would like to see the level of service only go up.
