Not sure why you think it's the going rate, 80 is the going rate, if someone is charging 100 they are charging more than most are.

By going rate I mean the initial donation requested. I don't like haggling to be honest and it's becoming annoying. Everyone is asking for 100, then I have to talk them down to 80 or 60 if I'm lucky. Have even had a few say 120 which is insane.
