Glad to hear another voice of reason. Just want to add one caution; paying too much has downsides too. True quality stands out and warrants an appropriate donation. Low or mediocre quality, which is much of what is out there, doesn't magically get better by overpaying. Do your thinking with the big head. 😀.

Since when? In fact, a simple google search shows that hotmail servers will block access when using a VPN server. Can you explain more? Something is not adding up.

I don't live in RVA, but have family that just moved here. Since I have been following the Richmond boards I have seen a couple of mentions of people that are wary of providers that are in Henrico Co. The couple of times that I have visited so far, I stayed in that county and now wonder if I should be extra careful when I search for recreational opportunities. Any guidance would be appreciated.
