They made some updates, looked like new sinks / toilet in the room I shared with my track star. They are trying to sell the joint, so they are probably passing down these extra costs to the customer and padding the financials a bit to entice a buyer.

No reviews so I'm skeptical, but her website is deeply informative. Although, I can't help but recognize the text that maybe I've read it somewhere else, or, maybe I read it when I came across her site a week or few ago. The only blatant red flag is she says she works in elementary school as a teacher, yet she's available 10-10 M-F. Unless she's a substitute I don't see how that works.

Not sure it's been reported but the 2 hr room rate is now $30.

Indeed I have been going there for a while and yes! They raised the rate to $30.00 now.

I guess they saw a lot of demand for which they increased it.

I've been a regular there for a year and it has al2 ays been $30 for 2 hrs or $45 for 3 hrs. If you are a regular though they will stop knocking on the door after your 2 hrs is up. I have stayed 3 hrs for the initial $30.

This one caught me off guard, hardly anyone calls them bookstores anymore, so much video and all kinds of adult toys, but yes, there are certainly books and magazines, I recommend FAIRVILLA! Premier Cupples bookstore on Orange Blossom Trail is pretty legit. Decent size and they don't treat you like you're a pervert when you're in there.
