It is her, and that phone # is the same as the one she used back in the day as well. However, it's important to keep in mind that the Monkey site has a LOT of profiles and reviews that were scraped from TER back in the day, and the presence of a profile for Jackie on that site is not an indication that she's still active. I've seen profiles on there for a number of providers who haven't been active in years.
