Unfortunately, I have found that the forum is a liability now a days so I never tell girls about it when asked. The bee-atches that provide crap service hate this forum. The decent ones know that this is a necessary evil and use it for what it is. The one thing that I wish this forum had a was "like"or up vote button so you could see who was really providing good info vs bloviating.

I am good friends with a former forum provider and she who likes to keep up with what's going on this site.

Here's what she said about vetting new friends and I feel this is very consistent with other ladies on here as well.

According to her, senior membership only means that you have a certain amount of time and contributing posts so that she can get some insight about who you are and if you are someone she would want to see.

So to her it's not only about being a senior member. It's about being a TRUSTED member. She has a regular life and doesn't want any hassles or someone outing her because they get butthurt over little things.

A few things to note she said were:

Are your posts just adding on to other people's points just to get you count up. Are they full of negativity. She mentioned anyone can read a bunch of past reviews and put together their own review on a popular provider.

Do other well known forum members interact with you like they know you are ok?

Most importantly, have you reviewed a well known provider from the forum and did that provider reply to your review? Thats says a lot. A lot of these ladies know each other to some extent.

Case in point, I asked her to look at your profile to see what she thought. She basically said not yet. However she thought it was very sweet that your wife is so cool about getting your medications when you catch something. She said she gets dozens of requests a day to go through and you have so many posts with random musings and not enough of the core content she needs to say yes if you ever requested a meet. She said too much work.

Because I wanted a second opinion, I asked her to take over BBBJ duty so our other friend we were hanging with can look at your posts as well. She said almost the same thing. She did notice you mentioned something about Nikkole but didn't see a review or a reply from her that confirms you actually saw her. Senior member or not that would have been a way in. If there is one she said with over 100 posts in a few months there is just too much in the way to dig through especially when she also has a regular job and other things that limit her time for vetting.

Please don't be offended by what I am sharing. I offer this insight as a way to help you and other newbies achieve your goals. Please keep posting just be aware of what some of the providers look for.

Despite how some members refer to and treat some of these ladies, they are people too. If you are kind and respectful with the ones that truly deserve it, they will reciprocate. You will get the "Hey my girlfriend (or girlfriends) are hanging out and I want you to come over to have some fun with us" invitations. But they have to trust you because many times these are there real life friends who are not in the hobby per se. This has happened numerous times to me over the years and I assure that you can be that guy.

To sum it up, being a member (senior status or not) doesn't mean you get to do all the choosing. Many times it means you get to be chosen. Especially with the more cautious forum providers and getting referrals to utrs.

Approach this from that perspective and watch your days be filled with joy, happiness, and explosions into the sky or other places that are fun to explode into or on. P.S. A (Play Safe Always) though.

I understand being cautious, but just because you're not a senior member on this board is bs. I've been in the hobby for 30+ years. I just found this board about 4 months or so ago through another provider. I sent her a pm through here that was very respectful and had references with phone numbers included. It took her almost a month to respond and tell me she had never heard of any of the girls on my list and then after that she somehow set it to where when I tried to send another message it was directed to the admins. You don't have to tell me twice. When I contacted Nikkole I texted her with the same respect and references and she got back to me within 15 minutes to tell me she was leaving on break in 2 days and was booked up but I could book with her when she returned. I told her I knew it was early but if she could text, call, or send a message by carrier pigeon when she returned and I would be there any time any where for a 2 hr session. She got a laugh out of that and told me that she would save my contact and message me when she returns and give me the first appointment. Jr is fasting for the next month waiting for her to return LOL. I was nothing but respectful with Scar and only sent 2 messages. 1 to contact her and 1 to respond to her and I'm not sure if it was her or something I did but after that messages went to admins instead of her after that. I understand being cautious, I would be too. But just because somebody has been on this board for 6 months and has 25 posts doesn't make them safe. I've only been on this board for around 4 months but I have posted more already then a lot of senior members have. I've TOFTT more than once already, and I help out other member both here on the boards and through pm, both regular and senior members. When I get a message either here or through pm I always go and look at their profile and at their posts and if they are active members I help any way I can.

Senior Members are former Regular Members who have been members for at least 6 months and have made 25 or more contributions to The Forum. Senior Member's reports are held briefly until they are reviewed by a Forum Moderator.

I don't have senior status yet because you have to be a member for 6 months plus have 25 posts. I have only been a member for around 4 month or so. I don't really know how long I have been a member or how long I have to go. I understand having to wait for the purpose of admins monitoring my posts because they have to protect themselves for legal reasons. I have made a few mistakes along the way making posts that were against forum rules and such. I can even understand that some senior members don't want to share information with regular members that have barely contributed to the forum, but I have seen many senior members on here with far less contributions then I have. I don't look at someone's status on here before deciding on helping them or not. I look at their participation. I have been at this hobby or more like an addiction for many years and I enjoy being able to help fellow mongers both the senior members that may be coming in from out of town or maybe been out of the hobby for a while, and also the new to the hobby guys that don't even know where to look or don't know the tricks to the trade of keeping out of uncle LEO's fine accommodations. I have managed to do this 30+ years and only been with LEO 1 time and that was for maybe an hour and then I beat the charge and walked away clear. So I guess I have been either doing something right or been the luckiest bastard on the planet. 3 to 4 girls a week for 30+ years and only one quick visit with LEO is a pretty good record I think. Not to mention I have been married for all those years and never once been questioned by the wife. I know what to say and what not to say and where to look and to stay away from. I know what to look for in girl's ads so that I don't fall into a trap. So any knowledge I can pass on to new guys I'm happy to help. I'll suck it up and do my time, but when I do make senior status I won't forget where I came from and will help anybody that is doing their part. I have taken a few for the team, helped a few girls out, and helped several mongers out through pm. I'll get off of my box now and just do my time. I just wanted to remind people why we are here to start with. To help each other out and make it a safer and easier hobby for all of us.
