It's hard to definitively say that Tobi Telford is being dishonest by using those old photos, because even when they were brand new, they are HEAVILY PHOTOSHOPED. She is open and upfront with the fact that she is quite heavily tattooed up, and that her photos have been digitally cleaned up to remove the ink to protect her privacy. Her face is also blurred out for privacy. Her face could have gotten all pockmarked in the 7 or so years she has been using the same photos and it will not matter one iota.
