I was trying to make a joke but between the alcohol intake yesterday and the typing fast forgot the LOL, I don't see any mandatory DNA testing without a court order however I would be more concerned of people using those ancestry places as I know a few people who have found out about relatives they didn't know about.

I don't think it will be mandatory testing, we've already seen dna data used to find criminals by partial matches with family members. Who knows how that data will be used in the future.

Not being critical of your plan, but with increasing use of dna test we may reach a point in the future where everyone is dna tested and baby daddies are found with ease. Just food for thought.
