I know all us mongers are eagerly awaiting another spa to become like Lucky's used to be. I think it might be wishful thinking. The only thing this place has in common with lucky's is the traffic. The best tip you can give a shop girl is to become a repeat customer. I only tip when they go over and beyond to make my time special. I have had attendants help button shirts.

I tip out whenever I can especially if the service received like GFE was very good.
