If a provider doesn't want to see someone or is busy, she can just say, "Sorry, I can't see you today. " or "Sorry, I am not seeing new clients right now", but to actually set up an appointment to have someone come out and wait outside their location is just rude. I guess it's the nature of this hobby though with some of these girls. Who knows what's going on in their lives. For all we know she had a girlfriend / boyfriend / family drop by and she's, of course, doing this in secrecy and puts the phone on "ignore" until the coast is clear. So many variables.
