LOL. Dakota Inn is a traditional German beer garden- restaurant. At least it used to be. I haven't been there in years, it's been there forever.

I was driving down Baldwin ave on the way back from a job site and saw a WSW near Virginia st. She gave me the wave did some recon on the area then on my second loop saw 2 marked OCS LEO and decided to leave WSW was gone on second pass.

Hard to say if I saw anything, I saw a two solo possible WSW near that picnic area but I didn't get any looks so I think they frequent that homeless shelter. I have work over in that are so I will cruise through there for the next week or so to see if I can catch anything.
