Things have been fractured since the crackdown. The answer depends on where you are in the country now.

I'm not a p411 guy but people rave about it. Now that eccie is limited ourhome2 is filling that role for the SW. TNA board is reliable for some locations. Adult search and Eros can be spotty but in some areas but excellent in others. Erotic monkey, STG, Escort Babylon, Switter can occasionally deliver.

Really to find something decent you need to cross reference a bunch of sites to hopefully find a gem. I will say this site is a great place to start your research.
