Went to see Kimmy at 153 Union this past weekend and of course they pulled the old bait and switch and she wasn't available when I got there (even though I texted 10 minutes earlier for an appointment with her.) When they first opened they had competition from Mary's place across the street and offered an expanded menu and free table shower in the morning. After Mary got shut down their menu contracted, as did quality and looks, at least for me. I've heard rumors that long time customers receive an expanded plate but I'm not in that select group.

I wished her well and safe travels. The woman working there said she'll have 'a new girl' soon. Hard to imagine her being better than Kimmy but time will tell. On a side note, the woman who worked with Kimmy (the owner I'm guessing) is actually nice too and a bit older. She 'delivers' too though her grasp of English is not good. Just got to go with 'the flow' so to speak.
