There are Hotels and then there are Notels. On the East Side, there are Notels located on Groesbeck and Gratiot that you can book for a couple hours. They won't be on the same par as a four star chain hotel, but then you probably don't want to stay at those hotels since their staff is trained to report human trafficking to LE.
