I usually tip 40. Even if I'm shorted by 5 min I'll do 40. If it's 10 minutes or more then tip goes down, probably 30. Usually when this happens I'll stay and watch them count the money. If they give me a look or say something I'll tell them short on time means short on tip. If the massage and happiness is that good of course I'll tip more. And of course a tease / DIY results in 0. If you feel you're being shorted I'd watch the clock when they walk in to start. I've done that and it works every time.

Good reinforcement, this is the attitude I should have, like you said, ATF or not. Come to think of it, this is an issue that I do struggle with, and that is simply how much to pay.
