She's been advertising locally for months. Someone has had to of seen her. I've tried twice. Both times, comms are decent until you get to the hotel, both times SS hotels frequented by hobbyists. She did you a favor as she has been robbing guys. I believe that's the provider that I tried to see a month or two ago and who had all of the cloak and dagger once I got to the hotel.
