Yes, that is our girl. I have been remiss in mentioning that I saw her recently & had a great time catching up. I would be extremely surprised if any deposit was not a rip off and I even consider paying anything before the service is totally complete, just plain stupid. If someone demands money up front, all you have to do is walk back out the door and go to your "plan B" . Always have a plan b and a plan c & d. Saw Gina (ex riverside) she seemed off, not the usually upbeat and energetic girl I was used to seeing at her old place. Seems that she took losing her place really hard, she used to be so proud of what she had, now she just seems defeated.
