I don't know her name but I do know that she was arrested this past summer for larceny and is scheduled for a court appearance in a few months. I also know that her arrest was published in a local newspaper in the police blotter section. I have emails, pictures of my bruises etc. As evidence as to what occurred. I want to go after her and attend her court appearance with my story.

If I do this what potential legal issues am I exposing myself to? I have a few Attorney friends but I do not want them to know about my Hobby.
