I've known this girl for awhile now and she's great everytime we hookup. BBBJCIM is always great and you're free to roam as you please. All the interior streets within the polygon are sometimes filled with nice surprises.

The map does not include the park which provides additional support but since you said you ate at Chaps, I expect you know it. IN baltimore, my BEST streetwalkers were black girls and very hard to find BSW at that. There are diamonds in the rough out in the "loop" particularly sitting on stoops. When you see one, who does not give you time of day but appears good looking, get out of your car and just walk up to them and see what they say. Some of these ladies are completely new to SW and don't know how to engage at first. The know the area but not how to do it. I have gotten some great first timers over the years; one in particular was awesome only to be interrupted by LEO under the bridges. At least I was let go but the fucking cop made the girl walk back (thunderstorm coming). Take Wilkens to Catherine to Westside Shopping center. Play ground on right, post office on left. Turn right on Ashton St and follow looking left and right. Circle blocks Pulaski, Smallwood, Payson. Girls generally stand Pulaski and Ashton and you might find a gem. Hope that helps some.

No question about it. Don't count on the decoys looking obvious. Spotted two authentic looking girls. Later observed police cruiser flashing on Boston. I have been told that you'll get pulled over even for talking to them through the window. So the assumption that you must solicit with promise of payment may not hold here. If so, it's a new game.
