You say "A few bad apples spoil the bunch". Those are very true words. However, and I am speaking for myself only, I have had MANY more "bad apples" than good ones when it comes to local providers. You put yourself in my shoes for a moment please. Do you know how many times I have scheduled an appt and the provider just goes dark right before our meeting?
